The shortlist of finalists for the prestigious IAB Europe Research Awards has been announced. The IAB Europe Research Awards recognise and showcase great European digital research projects and the contribution they have made to the development of the digital advertising industry.
OMD has been shortlisted in the Digital Advertising and Marketing Industry Insights category for our proprietary research project, Retail Revolution.
Retail Revolution is a global multi-phased research study to track AI perceptions, adoption and usage as the technology evolves. With novel insights, the research shows that AI technologies are reaching the tipping point of mass adoption and that consumers are beginning to expect more than a novelty experience. The project aims to showcase how the next wave of disruptive AI technology can drive brand growth through higher value consumer experiences.
