OMD EMEA has appointed Alexandria Terriere as agency partner and Cate Hardiman as capability partner for strategy and planning, effective immediately.

Terriere joins from Zenith UK, where she was a client partner. She will be tasked with understanding clients’ needs and setting their strategic growth.

Prior to Zenith, Terriere worked at Maxus Global as well as OMD UK, where she was comms planning director between 2011 and 2014.

Terriere said: “I am looking forward to supporting our clients’ business growth, the personal and professional growth of our talented people, and creating the right solutions for our agency.”

Hardiman will oversee specialist teams and work on creating consumer experiences for OMD’s client brands. She joins in what is a new role for the agency from Carat UK, where she was head of strategy. She initially joined the Dentsu agency in 2015 as head of insight and data engagement. Previously, she worked for the Dentsu Aegis network and Universal McCann.

Hardiman said: “I’m excited about what we can create together, with an additional focus on collaboration and blending skillsets, and I look forward to solving challenges that will futureproof our clients and our business.”

Blake Cuthbert, chief executive of OMD EMEA, said the pair will be “pivotal to our future successes”.
