OMD closed 2020 as the most successful agency across Europe, according to the latest R3 New Business League for Europe.
The agency won a total reported 241 wins with an estimated 70.7 USD $m win revenue, putting OMD in the top spot ahead of MediaCom (with 187 wins and 46.7 USD $m win revenue) and Havas (59 wins and 40.6 USD $m win revenue).
Wins from brands such as Lidl, Estee Lauder and Ring and expansion of services from existing clients such as Fedex, saw OMD offices across Europe adapt to the new world of virtual pitching with success.
A true point of differentiation for OMD has been the development and roll-out of the Fast Start Suite. Conceptualised during the pandemic but built for the future, these tools and platforms have been designed to guide clients through the new fluctuating media landscape, enabling them to make Better decisions, faster.
