The 2020 Effie Index has been released which sees OMD retain 1st place as the Most Effective Media Agency Network.
OMD retained the number one spot in LATAM and moved from 2nd place to 1st in EMEA.
Since 1968, the Effie Awards have been honouring ‘ideas that work’ globally.
Now in its tenth year, the Global Effie Index identifies and ranks the most effective agencies, marketers and brands by analysing finalist and winner data from more than fifty national & regional Effie Award competitions. The 2020 rankings reflect a compilation of over 4,000 worldwide Effie winners and finalists announced between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019.
Out of 231 awards won, two campaigns were awarded an outstanding Grand/Platinum level.

- OMD Peru – ‘With You Captain’ – Banco de Crédito BCP
- OMD Germany – ‘Der erste Lolli, der Leben retten kann’ – Life Lolli
