We are delighted to announce that two members of the OMD team have made the IPA i-List. Gina Ramson-Williams, Chief People Officer and Owen Lee, Global Digital Strategy and Content Partnership Director have been added to the shortlist for this prestigious award.

The list celebrates individuals that are committed to practicing outstanding work and efforts in making the industry a more diverse and inclusive place.

Gina says “It’s a tremendous honour and privilege to have recognition for the contributions and collective efforts of such an amazing team of people. We are committed to driving inclusion that all counts towards making us a better company.”

Owen told us that “being part of a company that is committed to diversity and inclusion is fantastic.  We don’t just appreciate the benefits of diversity in our agency and in the work we produce, but realise that we’re on a journey of improvement. Having those efforts recognised shows we’re on the right path.”

Those on the shortlist will be invited to an interview with a panel of industry experts. This will then be followed by the final list being announced at a celebratory gala in May.
