OMD has been ranked the world’s Most Effective Media Agency Network in the 2021 Global Effie Effectiveness Index. A combination of 30 Gold, 59 Silver, and 64 Bronze winning campaigns in worldwide Effie competitions across markets in all regions, alongside a further 124 finalist recognitions, placed OMD in the top spot.
OMD clients, McDonald’s and PepsiCo, were named in both the top 10 most effective brands and marketers lists, with McDonald’s taking the number one spot as the most effective brand.
Omnicom has been named the world’s Most Effective Agency Holding Group with four Omnicom agency networks, OMD, BBDO Worldwide, DDB Worldwide, and TBWA\Worldwide, placed in the top six of the Most Effective Agency Network category. Additionally, local agencies DDB Colombia, Sancho BBDO, and Colenso BBDO ranked in the top ten of the Most Effective Agency Offices in the world.
