OMD and OCG present ‘The Why Behind the Buy’ at Cannes Lions 2021

OMD and OCG have taken to the Cannes Lions virtual stage, along with experts from AT&T, The Clorox Company, McDonald’s, PepsiCo and Selfridges, to discuss how consumer behaviours changed in the year that changed the world. ‘The Why Behind the Buy’ is available to stream now via the Cannes Lions Live portal for those with a digital pass.

Taking insights from OMD and OCG’s co-created research study, ‘Future of Commerce | The Why Behind the Buy’, the mini-documentary sets out to explore the importance of consumer-centric communications, experience both online and in-store, the critical value-exchange that needs to take place to build consumer trust when it comes to sharing data, and the predictions for the future of commerce.
