Alicia is described as having a great leadership capacity, strategic vision and a deep knowledge of the digital environment. She will be responsible for the adoption of digital technologies in all areas of the agency and clients. In turn, she will advise clients on how technology can help them grow their business as well as implement the OMD digital roadmap for product development and implementation.
Alicia has worked in the industry for over 20-years, at different companies include Antevenio, Zed Digital (Publicis Group), the DNA direct response agency, and more recently as General Director of Direct Response at Centrocom or Head of Performance and Director of Customer Services at Neo @ Ogilvy.

Laura Serrano has joined as Brand Lead and will lead a high-performance team and add value in a moment of transition for the company.
After completing a degree in Economics, Laura has accumulated vast work experience on a range of different accounts over the last 15 years at companies such as Zenith, Optimedia and Initiative.
