OMD Spain has appointed Sergio Martínez into the role of Business Transformation Lead.
Sergio, who has more than 14 years of experience in the sector, will be responsible for the active collaboration of the transformation of agency services. This will cover all areas of client servicing, supporting them in the evolution of their businesses and in collaborating with all teams.
With a career mainly in customer services, Sergio joins OMD from IPG Mediabrands and Publicis Media, where he began his career in the development of digital marketing. His global vision brought him to actively work on the transformation models of the group and agency clients. Additionally, Sergio also works as a collaborating professor at the IAB, the Complutense University of Madrid and the IED.
