OMD in the UK Wins Marketing Magazine’s Media
Agency of the Year A great year for OMD in the UK has been crowned by the announcement that we’ve been chosen as Marketing magazine’s Media Agency of the Year. According to Marketing, ‘OMD’s role in the most exciting media campaigns of the year – from ad-funded programming for Vodafone’s TBA gigs to Sony Bravia’s blog – make the agency a worthy victor’. Key highlights of the past year include being cited by RECMA as being the fastest growing media agency in the UK, and winning £78m of new business. These new business wins were many and varied, but particular highlights included Manning Gottlieb OMD securing the Virgin Media, Waitrose and John Lewis accounts, OMD UK securing the Booths Healthcare International plus Emap’s First magazine accounts, and M2M, winning a raft of new clients, including Pringle and Mango. |
