Jane is passionate about leading innovation in the world of marketing and communications. Innovation that leads to an inspiring workplace for internal teams, a rewarding partnership for clients and a profitable outcome for everyone involved. With experience spanning all types of marketing agencies (from Brand, to Creative ATL, to Digital, to CRM and to Media), she has been part of marketing leadership teams for the past 12 years.
A data strategist originally by trade, she have progressed to leading agency teams across Strategy, Search, Digital Media, UX, Data, Digital Production, Technology and Programmatic. Her experience has been gained across multiple markets (Europe, Asia and the Middle East) and across multiple categories and brands including FMCG, Automotive, Retail and Telco.Over the years she has maintained an hands-on role in the development of award winning campaigns (including Cannes, Cristal and Festival of Media). However, even though awards are important, she never loses sight of the fundamental goal, the profitable success of the clients she represents.
In her role as Managing Director of Specialist Business Units, she leads key aspects of their data, digital and technology offering at OMD New Zealand.
