As President of OMD across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) since 2007, Nikki drives the success of the number one network in the region, investing over $13 billion in media across 54 markets.

Nikki joined the media industry in 1992 working for CIA Media Network on Kraft, Wrigley and Daewoo. In 1994, she moved to Leo Burnett to help run the $145 million strategic planning divisions on Procter & Gamble, Kellogg's and Grand Met. In 1998, Nikki then moved to Capital Radio plc to create a Strategic Marketing Division incorporating media strategy, brand marketing, research and production. She was responsible for the commercial research and marketing of all 19 radio stations owned by the group, and helped drive an annual turnover of $190 million.

In February 2002, Nikki joined OMD Europe as Business Development Director with a remit to champion the brand across the EMEA region. With the creation of Omnicom Media Group in September 2005, she took on the role of Business Development Director across OMG EMEA, helping to drive the global roll out of PHD before taking on the OMD President role in August 2007.
