For nearly 20 years, Coca-Cola, P&G, Samsung, Kraft, Nabisco, Visa, McDonald’s, Johnson & Johnson, HP and PepsiCo have looked to Julian to gain a better understanding of how to successfully capture opportunity across Central and Latin America.  Serving a diverse set of clients requires a diverse talented team.  Julian has built a regional hub that integrates 12 different nationalities and a wide range of relevant background experiences.

After living in Europe and Asia, Jan and his wife moved to Miami and love the beach lifestyle.

Anjanette is a journalism graduate from the Universidad Catolica Andres Bello, a graduate in Business Administration with a marketing degree in Caracas and graduate in Liberal Arts with special degree in International Politics from the Metropolitan University. She was elected Marketing Professional of the Year in Venezuela for two consecutive years 2010 and 2011. Anjanette resides in Miami and she is a columnist on marketing topics for some leading advertising publications.

The majority of his experience has been managing key projects on a local and regional basis ensuring new opportunities for business growth, focusing on international accounts. During his experience servicing, he has developed and implemented intelligence business units, multimedia units and integrated strategic media plans for companies such as Coca Cola, A.C. An Omnicom Media Group veteran for nine years, Ludwig has received various awards and recognition such as “Best Financial Management and Control” and “Best Use of Resources.” He is also responsible for the explosive growth of LATAM’S regional hub, ensuring our clients get the best talent and resources.  Ludwig holds an MBA in e-commerce and an MA in Industrial Engineering. He resides in Miami with his wife and his two lovely daughters.

With nearly 10 years of experience in related fields such as public relations, marketing, research and media, Paloma is currently Director of Business Development and Marketing for OMD Latin America. She started her career at Millward Brown where she established and coordinated the qualitative research discipline. Paloma is a believer in Latin America’s potential and has contributed to the flawless development and deployment of executions, for clients such as PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, and local clients in her native country. 
 
SUSTAINABLE RESULTS
Paloma is Colombian and came to the US nine years ago, following her dream. She is a Marketing and Advertising Professional and has successfully organized various successful processes such as the Johnson & Johnson account review. Paloma currently resides in Miami and enjoys the diversity of the city life.
