Omnicom Media Group UK supports the Coalition for Better Ads in its mission to improve the online advertising experience for consumers and promote adoption of the Better Ads Standards. As a result, the lowest ranking ad experiences are not compliant in our creative strategy.

These are:
• Desktop Web Experiences: Pop-up Ads, Auto-playing Video Ads with Sound, Prestitial Ads with Countdown, Large Sticky Ads
• Mobile Web Experiences: Pop-up Ads, Prestitial Ads, Ad Density Higher Than 30%, Flashing Animated Ads, Auto-playing Video Ads with Sound, Postitial Ads with Countdown, Full-screen Scrollover Ads, Large Sticky Ad



Ads.txt Initiative

 

Omnicom Media Group UK supports the IAB initiative ads.txt (also known as Authorized Digital Sellers). Where an ads.txt file is present, Omnicom Media Group UK requires that only publisher inventory from authorized sellers is purchased. In the absence of an ads.txt file Omnicom Media Group UK will not exclude the publisher from targeting but will continue to recommend that all publishers adopt ads.txt at the earliest opportunity.
