Cheuk’s experience is broad and eclectic, and his career of 22 years spans account management, strategy planning and agency management roles in creative, direct marketing, digital and media agencies. Cheuk led PHD Asia Pacific for 5 years as its CEO, during which time PHD witnessed terrific growth and success. In his current role as the APAC CEO of Omnicom Media Group, Cheuk is focused on raising the bar on culture, talent and service.

In 2002, Cheuk was recognized as one of the top executives in the APAC region and conferred Media Magazine’s Suit of the Year award. In 2010, Cheuk was named Agency Innovator of The Year by the Internationalist Magazine. Under his leadership, PHD Asia Pacific was crowned Regional Agency of the Year in 2009, 2010 and 2012. In 2011, he was appointed to globally to head up LIGHT, Omnicom Media Group’s creativity council. Cheuk often serves as a judge at key industry events like the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and is passionate about great ideas.

Stephen has over two decades of experience in advertising, media and marketing communications with senior leadership roles in Batey, Lowe and WPP. Stephen moved to the media side of the business in 2005 and has not looked back, since. Over the course of his career, Stephen has established a reputation of delivering profitability, efficiency and building a culture of positive change within the industry.

Sustainable Results
Stephen is a natural leader with a passion for his craft. A people’s person, Stephen leadership style has resulted in the creation of powerful teams with a strong sense of loyalty. An avid supporter of industry events, Stephen is a regular at key regional and global awards shows in his capacity as a jury member. Stephen has an eclectic taste in music with a preference for sounds emanating from vinyl. He resides in Singapore with his family.

A graduate of The University of Western Australia, Guy majored in history and anthropology. When not trying to understand consumers, he struggles to balance other obsessions such as music, art, football, cycling, Formula One, wine and reading.

Lee is focused on harnessing those opportunities by applying technology and data-driven solutions to real business problems so he can and watch them buzz with efficiency.

Lee has over 22 years of experience in the media agency business with over 17 years concentrated on the emerging and digital space. Lee is constantly reinventing the agency approach to consumer engagement as the dynamics of the media world evolve. Lee also oversees specialist services divisions including Resolution Media, OMD Programmatic and Airwave. Lee sits on the executive leadership committee for Omnicom Media Group in the region.

If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it. Lee has elevated OMD’s digital product over the years and helped clients to confidently embrace the digital, technology and data space with success. Lee’s degree in Jazz music has helped him improvise at times when not all of the component parts of a business solution are available; he remains determined to find each and every client an improved result every time he takes on a challenge. Lee eight years in Singapore and 22 years with Omnicom Media Group.

Consumer understanding drives digital success. As Managing Director of OMD Programmatic, Mark is helping shape the programmatic offering across all our OMD agencies in Asia Pacific. Mark believes that data-led digital solutions can tell client stories more efficiently than any other medium and make a direct impact on the bottom line for our advertisers.
 
INSPIRING IDEAS
Mark has spent his career in media agencies and has been with Omnicom since 2007, when he joined Manning Gottlieb OMD in the UK as a communications planner. Recognising the enormous potential of smartphones, Mark specialised to become Head of Mobile at MGOMD before moving to the mobile centre of the world in 2013 when he joined Omnicom Media Group Singapore team as regional head of mobile. Through a passion for innovation and creativity, Mark has overseen a huge swing in mobile budgets into the programmatic space and in 2016; a natural transition, given the dominance of smartphones in Asian consumers’ digital lives.
 
SUSTAINABLE RESULTS
By his own admission, Mark has an mild addiction to entering industry awards and is passionate about inspiring his teams to celebrate their insights, ideas and results. In 2011 he won the coveted MediaWeek UK “Agency Rising Star” award. During his time in Asia, Mark has helped teams win numerous digital awards included success at Mob-Ex, MMA Smarties, Mobile Agency of the Year in several markets and also Campaign SEA’s Programmatic Agency of the Year.

Inspiring Ideas
A veteran in the media industry, Pankaj has over 15 years of experience in the APAC region having lived and worked in India, Hong Kong, Malaysia and now Singapore. With a solid background in traditional and digital media planning and buying, Pankaj has also worked with a media publisher in their research and sales team. In addition to working on global brands such as Dell, Volvo, Carlsberg and Standard Chartered Bank, Pankaj has also had exposure to an array of different industry sectors such as FMCG, technology, finance and automotive.
 
Sustainable Results
Pankaj holds an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Mumbai. Previously the Regional Business Director at OMD International, he successfully led the Visa account across 27 countries in APAC, MEA, and Russia/CIS. When he’s not chasing down new business leads, Pankaj divides his time between his 2 boys and honing his skills on the classical guitar.

Paddy is an Omnicom acolyte, having spent his formative media years in London working primarily on automotive, retail and government clients before cutting the cord and moving to China for a radical change of scene. Having spent an exciting two years in Shanghai growing the communications planning product in the country and working on clients like Johnson & Johnson, Danone, Pepsi and Unilever, Paddy moved to Singapore to take on a regional role. 
 
SUSTAINABLE RESULTS
As a strategic lead, Paddy has helped drive new business success across the region, including Pepsi, Sony and Danone. Paddy is part of the Global Light Team tasked with driving a culture of results focused on creativity and leads the initiative in Asia Pacific markets. Having graduated from Pembroke College, Oxford with a thoroughly redundant degree in Modern History, Paddy retains a passion for the subject as demonstrated by the wealth of books littering his house. He lives in Singapore with his wife and two daughters, Holly and Una.

For a Telecommunications client, he brokered a series of multi-platform content deals across popular sport and entertainment properties – including the first live mobile streaming of the Olympic Games. An Australian native residing in Singapore, Paul thrives on a passion of 1960’s British sport cars and studying the golden age of sail.
