Cheuk’s experience is broad and eclectic, and his career of 22 years spans account management, strategy planning and agency management roles in creative, direct marketing, digital and media agencies. Cheuk led PHD Asia Pacific for 5 years as its CEO, during which time PHD witnessed terrific growth and success. In his current role as the APAC CEO of Omnicom Media Group, Cheuk is focused on raising the bar on culture, talent and service.

In 2002, Cheuk was recognized as one of the top executives in the APAC region and conferred Media Magazine’s Suit of the Year award. In 2010, Cheuk was named Agency Innovator of The Year by the Internationalist Magazine. Under his leadership, PHD Asia Pacific was crowned Regional Agency of the Year in 2009, 2010 and 2012. In 2011, he was appointed to globally to head up LIGHT, Omnicom Media Group’s creativity council. Cheuk often serves as a judge at key industry events like the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and is passionate about great ideas.

Talent matters most in emerging markets.  As CEO of OMD Asia Pacific, Steve is committed to expanding OMD’s extensive reach and capability across Asia.  The former Chief Strategy Officer for IPG’s Mediabrands Asia Pacific, Steve brings a wealth of channel planning, analytics and negotiation experience to the region.  His focus on attracting, developing and retaining the best talent ensures regional client teams are engineered to win.

With creative experience from McCann Erickson and J. Walter Thompson advertising, Steve has been a trusted advisor to the world’s high profile brands for over 20 years.  Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, Coca-Cola, MasterCard, CNN, Credit Suisse, Patek Philippe and BMW have all relied on Steve’s ability to navigate the constantly evolving media landscape across the Asia Pacific region.  Performance scores on OMD’s largest clients in Asia Pacific have hit an all-time high in 2011 under Steve’s leadership.
 
SUSTAINABLE RESULTS
Steve has been recognized for his work with nominations by Media Week for their first ’30 Under 30’ people to watch in the industry in 1995 and Drum Magazine’s ‘Rising Star’ nomination for three consecutive years.  He is a Psychology graduate from Liverpool University and resides in Singapore with his wife and two children.

Paddy is an Omnicom acolyte, having spent his formative media years in London working primarily on automotive, retail and government clients before cutting the cord and moving to China for a radical change of scene. Having spent an exciting two years in Shanghai growing the communications planning product in the country and working on clients like Johnson & Johnson, Danone, Pepsi and Unilever, Paddy moved to Singapore to take on a regional role. 
 
SUSTAINABLE RESULTS
As a strategic lead, Paddy has helped drive new business success across the region, including Pepsi, Sony and Danone. Paddy is part of the Global Light Team tasked with driving a culture of results focused on creativity and leads the initiative in Asia Pacific markets. Having graduated from Pembroke College, Oxford with a thoroughly redundant degree in Modern History, Paddy retains a passion for the subject as demonstrated by the wealth of books littering his house. He lives in Singapore with his wife and daughter Holly.

As the new business lead across Asia Pacific, OMD has topped the Campaign Asia New Business Performance League in 2011 - totaling USD$821m in new wins – including the highly coveted Tourism Australia and Sony Consumer Electronics for the region. Laura and her team have also delivered over US$1.5m value in news coverage raising the profile of the brand. Great success stems from a healthy work life balance, and when not engaging new clients – Laura can be found training for Ironman. She lives in Singapore with her hubby and their five bicycles.

An Australian native residing in Singapore, Paul thrives on a passion of 1960’s British sport cars and studying the golden age of sail.
